For deliveries in mainland France, the shipping costs are fixed depending on the carrier chosen.

For deliveries to overseas territories and Europe, the costs are calculated according to the weight, the volume of your package and the destination.

In order to be able to guarantee you an optimal service, we thank you for always giving us an address to which your order can be delivered during working hours. You must provide us with your complete and exact contact details and delivery address (telephone number, e-mail, Digicode, entry code, etc. ...). In the event of an error on your part or of erroneous or incomplete data, the costs of a second shipment will be borne by you and you will have to bear the possible consequences (loss of the package, re-invoicing of the shipping costs to the correct address of delivery...).

Delivery to pick-up point: Post Office, Pickup Relay, Pickup Station Deposit (Europe)


• In Post Office:
You can choose the establishment where you want to have it delivered (without first having your postman at home) from among the 10,000 post offices available throughout mainland France. Once the package has been prepared by us, it will be delivered to you within an indicative period of 48 hours and you will be informed of the availability of your package by SMS and e-mail. You can then pick it up within 10 working days. After this time, your package will be returned to us. If reshipped from our premises, you will be charged an additional fee.

In Relay Pickup:

You can choose one of the 7,500 local merchants in the Pickup network, near your home, your place of work or your vacation, to which you would like to have it delivered. Once the package has been prepared by us, it will be delivered to you within an indicative period of 48 hours and you will be informed of the availability of your package by SMS and e-mail. You can then pick it up within 10 working days. After this time, your package will be returned to us. If reshipped from our premises, you will be charged an additional fee.

In Locker Pickup Station:

You can choose one of the 500 automatic pick-up lockers to have your package delivered. Located on your route (station, metro, car park, shopping centres, etc.), they are accessible 7 days a week, 24 hours a day (except for lockers subject to the opening hours of shopping malls and transport zones). Once the package has been prepared by us, it will be delivered to you within an indicative period of 48 hours and you will be informed of the availability of your package by SMS and e-mail. The latter will give you your collection codes allowing you to collect your package for 3 working days. After this time, your package will be returned to us. If reshipped from our premises, you will be charged an additional fee.

Colissimo Home with Signature / From €9.62 including tax



• Home delivery against signature in Metropolitan France:
With Colissimo, your order is delivered to you from Monday to Saturday between 9 a.m. and 12 p.m., in person and against signature. In case of absence or impossibility of delivery of your package (no guardian, ...), your postman leaves a delivery notice mentioning the date and the address of the post office where you can collect your package on presentation of an identity document. From the date mentioned on the delivery notice, you have 15 days to collect your package. After this time, it will be automatically returned to its sender. If reshipped from our premises, you will be charged an additional fee.



• Home delivery against signature to Overseas areas (OM1/OM2):
The pricing is applied according to a calculation based on the estimated volume weight and according to the delivery zone. Depending on the total volumetric weight of your package, a supplement may be requested before shipping your order. In addition, following the increase in post-Covid air transport costs, a supplement of €5.00 excluding VAT will be applied to all "Overseas offer" packages. Delivery times given as an indication: From D+5 for the OM1 zone / From D+7 for the OM2 zone


• International home delivery against signature to Europe:

Withdrawal / Cancellation


The item you receive does not conform to the description or you simply do not want to keep it?

In the event of exercise of the right of withdrawal, Tamashiinations.fr is required to reimburse the sums paid by the customer, less the shipping costs. The refund is due within a maximum of 14 working days from the date of receipt of the returned package(s). The customer must imperatively return the new items sealed or not consumed in their entirety and in their original packaging, intact, accompanied by all possible accessories, instructions for use and documentation (in its original cellophane packaging imperatively and with the corresponding invoice) to the following address:

!!! IMPORTANT !!! The package cannot be dropped off at a relay point.

Choose, if possible, a shipment in the original shipping box. The return shipping costs are then your responsibility. 


In the event of exercise of the right of withdrawal or cancellation, Tamashiinations.fr is required to reimburse the sums paid by the customer, less the shipping costs. However, please note that if the box of the returned item has been unsealed (opened) or damaged, a 10% discount will be made on the reimbursement of the sums paid by the customer, minus the shipping costs, because we will no longer be able to sell the product in new condition. Reimbursement will be made using the same method of payment for your order within 5 days of receipt and verification of the item(s) received at our premises.

PLEASE NOTE, in the event of payment with Paypal or ALMA, the refund will be made after deducting the commission deducted from the merchant (in fact, Paypal and ALMA do not reimburse commissions in the event of cancellation or refund).

Complaint

If you notice a problem with your miniature, please contact us directly by email at contact@tamashiinations.fr by providing us with photos of the proven defect (or small videos) in close-up and with an overview as well as the photo of the Cosmic Group sticker usually stuck to the back of the figure's box. Please describe the defect you have observed and provide us with your order reference. We will contact you as soon as possible after studying your elements.
