How to earn miles? Nothing easier!

On our website www.tamashiinations.fr, every registered customer earns miles for all shipped orders or pre-orders (excluding exclusive products).
Miles will be credited to your account once your order has been shipped, provided it is not cancelled, refunded, or returned.
You will earn miles on our entire catalogue, excluding promotions and exclusives.
Your miles are valid for 6 months, with no minimum purchase required.
When you convert your miles into a voucher, it will be valid for 1 month from the date of creation.
You will receive an email for each validation, modification or cancellation of a reward. A summary of balances of at least €1 will be sent every 30 days to all customers.

Each mile is worth €0.20 / Earn 1 mile for every €10 spent (VAT incl.)!
For example, with an order of €110 incl. VAT (excluding shipping), you will earn 11 miles, equivalent to a €2.20 voucher.
You can convert your miles balance into vouchers in € at any time and choose the amount yourself.
The voucher will be valid for 1 month on our entire catalogue from its creation date, and cannot be combined with other promotions.
If your voucher amount exceeds your order total (incl. VAT, excl. shipping), a new voucher will be issued with the remaining balance.

After your 3rd order on our site, you can become a Referrer!
Refer up to 5 people and earn 10 miles for each referral’s first order.
Each referral will receive a €2 voucher (incl. VAT), valid once within 1 year on their first order across our entire catalogue.
You will receive an email for each registration and each referral’s order.
