Before picking up your package, check that the box is in good condition, that it has not been opened and that the tape is intact. In case of doubt, it is preferable to refuse the package because, as the law says, "as soon as the consumer takes possession of the goods, the risks (...) are transferred to him", warns the DGCCRF. “Therefore, it is important not to sign the delivery note before having checked the contents of the packages and the condition of the goods if the package is damaged. If you have the possibility, open it and check the contents in front of the delivery person. And refuse the package if you find any problem.
Customs or import charges
At Tamashiinations.fr we ship all our products from France!
If your delivery country is located in the European Union (eg Belgium, Germany, Italy, etc.), you will therefore not pay any customs or import charges.
If your delivery address is located in a country outside the European Union or in the Overseas Zone, customs and import charges are possible.
In addition, you will have to pay the uninvoiced VAT which will be collected directly by the customs services of your country of delivery.
We are not responsible for these taxes and we cannot tell you the amount in advance.
Delivery time
Shipments of your orders are made from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays, arrivals, trade fairs and holiday periods announced on the home page of our site and social networks). Orders for products in stock placed before 12:00 p.m. on our site are dispatched the same day!
