Average delivery times are indicative. The merchant will keep your package at your disposal for a period of 14 days. After this period, the package will be automatically returned to us. In the event of reshipping from our premises, additional costs will be invoiced to you.

The delivery time depends on the place of destination from mainland France:
- 48 hours or 2 working days: to mainland France
- 5 to 7 days (indicative timeframe): to Overseas Territories
- 4 to 8 days (indicative timeframe): for international destinations

Home delivery without signature (France, Belgium, Switzerland only)

With Colissimo, your order is delivered to you from Monday to Saturday between 9 am and 12 noon, in person and against signature. Delivery to the Post Office, Relais Pickup, Consigne Pickup Station (European countries)

At the Post Office:
You can choose the establishment to which you wish to have your delivery delivered (without a prior visit to your postman at home) from among the 10,000 post offices available throughout mainland France. Once the package has been prepared by us, it will be delivered to you within an indicative period of 48 hours and you will be informed of the availability of your package by SMS and e-mail. You can then come and collect it within 10 working days. After this period, your package will be returned to us. In the event of reshipment from our premises, additional costs will be charged.

In Relais Pickup:
You can choose one of the 7,500 local merchants in the Pickup network, near your home, workplace or vacation, to which you want to be delivered. Once the package has been prepared by us, it will be delivered to you within an indicative period of 48 hours and you will be informed of the availability of your package by SMS and e-mail. You can then come and collect it within 10 working days. After this period, your package will be returned to us. In the event of reshipment from our premises, additional costs will be charged.

In Pickup Station:
You can choose one of the 500 automatic withdrawal lockers to have your package delivered. Located on your journey (station, metro, parking, shopping centers, etc.), they are accessible 24/7 (except for instructions subject to the opening hours of shopping malls and transport areas). Once the package has been prepared by us, it will be delivered to you within an indicative period of 48 hours and you will be informed of the availability of your package by SMS and e-mail. The latter will tell you your collection codes allowing you to collect your package for 3 working days. After this period, your package will be returned to us. In the event of reshipment from our premises, additional costs will be charged.

Delivery in United Kingdom

Due to the complexity of customs procedures related to Brexit, we no longer deliver directly to the United Kingdom. However, we can send to one of your relatives living in the European Union and he will return the package to you as an individual.

Return

The item you receive is not as described or defective? You then have 14 working days, from receipt of the items, to request an exchange or a refund.
